A two-day celebration of beauty and strength – Championship of Uzbekistan on bodybuilding has ended in Tashkent. The highlight of the gala event was the tournament for the title of the country’s best athletes in 2012, held in Turkistan palace on December 16. Two dozen of the best athletes who have overcome severe selection in the ceaseless competition met face to face on the Republican platform of the concert hall. The audience greeted them unceasing applause that drowned out even the roar of heavy music, roaring out of thousand watt speakers
The competition was opened by the President of Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation of Uzbekistan – Dmitry Adisman. This is his first speech as President, but not the first in a sports environment of our country, as he has long been inextricably linked with the great sport, as Advisor to the Minister for Sport and combining a number of significant and important positions in the Ministry of Physical Culture and Olympic Committee. Sabirov Timur, the Vice-President of the Federation supported and continued his speech then.
The struggle was started by juniors, for most of them it has been the first start in their life on such serious competition. Lack of experience was covered by young enthusiasm and desire to win. And some of the participants in this category could easily argue for not the last place in the adult sector.
The excitement in the audience is growing with the weight of the participants. Fantastic muscle volume excited the minds of many guests of the tournament who do not accustomed to such a spectacle, which is often caused by uncontrollable and shrill burst of emotion, especially by girls. But as fans quickly became all present, then to such displays of feelings treated with understanding, and sometimes unwittingly joins them and their enthusiastic cheers.
And in a specially dramatic and intriguing moments the audience, however, died away as if by magic.
Waiting for upshot, the isolation was felt even in the air, and if not skillful maneuvers leading the tournament – Azamat, short circuit current would be emotional securely. One of such moments was a ruthless fight “Hector” (Dilshod Niyazov), with “Spartacus” (Pavel Umurzakov). Chiselled and dried impossibly muscled of Pavell finally broke the magical power of plastic and military paining of Dilshod, but this does not detract from successes of the latter, his personal progress in terms of building the perfect body looks just phenomenal, compared to last year.
Half an hour later, Pavel Umurzakov had themselves experienced the bitterness of disappointment, a judge shot down mercilessly flame of hope, not only has flashed in his eyes, but also in the hearts of many viewers. At the last moment Daniel Baronin snatched the bronze medal of champion of the republic out of hand. Absolute Champion of Uzbekistan in 2010, Daniel was able to assemble the final competition and move away from its relaxed pose in the dance style, which literally teetered on the brink of a foul.
At certain moment the panel of judges even wanted to impose sanctions for being too frank statement that goes beyond the accepted and fairly strict regulations of competitions.
However, for the first time nothing happened, well, the girls in the audience were just ecstatic about what is happening on stage.
The title of runner-naturally fell into the hands of Khusanov Umid, who collecting all absolute titles in domestic tournaments for the last few years. Perhaps it was because they were not shined by Armen Pashikyan nonsetting star of Uzbek bodybuilding.
Too many even considered it extinct forever, but like a supernova in this tournament she blushed even brighter, eclipsing the young stars, heating those who are older and blind skeptics.
I would like to mention other significant events of the tournament. Alexander Sakharov, a real veteran of the domestic bodybuilding, after several years of excellent, but the usual form, made a desperate leap in muscle mass, which did not go unnoticed. And with gold in his weight class had gone away just monumental musculature of Khusanov Umid. As a result – a well-deserved silver in the category up to 90 kg.
Finding of the tournament certainly was Yuri Bulgakov, 110kg giant from Tashkent. Nature has generously endowed him with perfect athletic proportions and muscular. In tribute to “leave” beneath him shudder platforms easily the world’s biggest venues. Presented itself in a new light, favorite of many, “Terminator” Habibullo Nizams. His brutal way he backed unusually massive relief and muscle than quoted overjoyed female and the male half of the room.
Zarubin Andrew, in a modest and a little shy manner demonstrated to the audience the most massive bodybuilding physique in Uzbekistan today. On the other hand, it is hard to imagine such a grand design, easy fluttering across the stage at the fiery modern rhythms. However, women’s hearts were subdued by romantic melody, accompanied by his solo performance. Especially active were his players involved in the hall PROFORM.
Finally, it is impossible to ignore the awards ceremony, which was held with the participation of ex-champion in many bodybuilding competitions, and in general, the most famous local athlete “zero years” – Timur Sabirov. Who is now the vice-president of the federation of fitness and bodybuilding of Uzbekistan, and devotes all his free time to the active promotion of the sport in our country.
His inimitable smile delights for the eye not the first time, but on this day, it shone more brightly visible from the realization that this amazing festival, presented by all lovers of the “iron sport” is made possible with the direct participation. Well, long-legged and charming beauty from PROFORM, gifting the winners with prizes and cups, only strengthened a sense of celebration and glamour can be briefly outshine by endless camera flashes and shiny medals on broad chest of Champions.
And of course, this sporting event would not have been so bright and impressive without sponsors.
